| Wow... That is something I would just hate to do. Fortunately, online update started working again today. I guess those lovely folks at MS started a bit early on that Feb. 25 site update. |

File repairs don't help, either. customer support and they always determine that Microsoft Passport is the problem and that I should contact them. They only have support by email so I send them an email and they never respond. I am going through this process now. The solution is rather painful but it works: 1. Remove Microsoft Passport from your account. This is extremely important or you will lose all of your data. 2. Delete you Microsoft Passport account 3. Create a new Microsoft Passport account. Note that if you were using a Microsoft Live account you will need to wait 120 days to reuse the same name. 4. Enable Microsoft Passport again in Microsoft Money and use the new login. 5. Readd all of your accounts and merge the now duplicated accounts. 6. Fix any errors that result from the merge. |

| Actually, I should not say "no error" message. There is a litle red triangle with an exclamation point in it. No error message, though, just that stupid sign. File repairs don't help, either. |

| Ditto here, also shows no errors of any kind, just doesn't download any new info from any of my many banks. Had to do it all by hand. Oddly enough, tried Money 2008 and it DID get some of the updates, but it is SO SLOW I uninstalled it, and now I am going to see if I can't get my money back. It's so slow on brand new machines that it seems a lemon to me. Unreal bad. |
