Is it okay to install MM2008 on a second computer for my own use?and How to enter Digital Rights code?

You can install it and activate it on your new notebook as your
second computer.

You need the install file, which you should have saved or bought the
extended download service for. Go to http://www.findmyorder.com and
enter you order number (or credit card number).
