Everytime this system starts up, I get an error in Insights in Money.
When I start up Money itself, the error shows in msmoney.exe. THe
error signature is:

AppName: msmoney.exe AppVer: 17.0.0.724 ModName: msofd.dll
ModVer: 17.0.0.724 Offset: 000433d1

Money will not start. All Critical updates are on this computer,
running Microsoft XP Professional SP2, and we have already tried
repairing and also uninstalling and reinstalling Money to no avail.
