What version of Windows?
Are you up to date on all your patches?

It might be a driver issue, but I suspect that it's bad RAM. That address
is *way* up in memory, about 1.8 MB. Find a RAM testing program on the web
and test your memory.

When I try to install the program, I always get error message 0x10106018
reference memory [at] 0x6c6e7764, memory cannot be read.
How or what do I do to fix so I can install program
