Default Re: Computing Interest

Good catch and correction. That will compute a monthly value. For some
reason, I've never set rates in any accounts but one I don't use any more.

Default Re: Computing Interest

You could schedule a daily amount as a deposit. I'm betting that this will
be more of a pain that it could ever be worth.

You could schedule some monthly average. This may be more useful, but,
again, it will be a number you picked not a number Money calculates from
balances.

The interest I earn daily--or even monthly--on all of my cash sources is
such an infinitesimally small contributor to cash flow that this has never
seemed to me to be worth modeling with an great degree of precision beyond
the previous recommendation. I wish mine were big enough that I thought it
was worth worrying about this. Either that or INGs rate must be off-scale.

Default Computing Interest

I just switched to ING Direct for my checking and savings account. Is
there a way in Money 2008 to compute the interest earned day by day in
the Cash Flow Screen??

Thank You
