| Very good advice - and it was my next step. But do I understand this problem correctly? Is it possible to change anything other than the password? No, you would not lose what is in your register already.> from Bank of America for years - today I get an error. | I've been successfully downloading statement detail (3 bank accounts, 1 Visa) from Bank of America for years - today I get an error. A few days ago I changed both my BOA login and password (and sitekey) - which I'm sure has something to do with my problem. Money allows me to change the password, but I can't find anything that allows me to change my login. It's been so long since I setup this BOA account that I don't remember where I entered the login in the first place. Please tell me I don't have to "stop using online services" and re-set everything back up - I'd lose a ton of stuff (sort of). Any ideas? |
