I would also hope the answer you got is that trying to "budget" rather than
manage the cash flow for these payments masks the true expense which is at
the point you use the credit--where you should be managing to a
budget--rather than at the point of payment of the liability at which time
worrying about the expense involved is overcome by events.

Thanks Dick.

I guess the short answer is "that's the way money works and there is not
much I can do about it"

and the work around is... "set up those payments to go to an external
expense entity and add them seperately as a deposit into the credit card
account rather than doing the transfer."

Default Credit Card Account Payments do not show in Budget

Hi,
Having an issue with money where the regaular bill payment to credit card
accounts are not showing up in the Advanced Budget.
All accounts have been included in the budget. There are payments from my
transaction account going to the two credit cards and these payments will not
show up in the budget. The payments have a Special category of Credit Card
Payments : Account Name.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards
Steve
