It looks like you don't have the right driver installed so that your system
uses the default VGA driver with limited color capabilities. Try going to
the link below to download and install the proper driver:

Default Money requires at least 256 colours to display properly

PC specs: 500Mhz, 64K Ram, SonicView E771 monitor 17",
Windows 98. Recently brought as a second pc for kids
homework so no interent connection and Word 97.
Error when tried installing Microsoft Money "Money
requires at least 256 colours to display properly. Please
adjust your monitor's display options accordingly".

Able to download driver for monitor ..but then read that
it may be the video card. Device Manager just had Standard
PCI Graphics Adapter VGA.
After downloading PC Wizard 2003 from www.cpuid.com I can
now advise I have a
Model : 82810-DC100 810 Chipset Graphics Controller
Bus : PCI
Support PnP/DDC : No
Version : 2.0
Manufacturer : Intel810(TM) Graphics Chip Accelerated VGA
BIOS

Please how can I change from 16 colour to True Colour?
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
