| I've fallen in the same boat too with the same problem except I use 2006 Deluxe. What's the solution? | I'm definitely having the same problem as well. I tried the band aid fix it method too, by stopping & resetting my accounts, but I only get the 1st downloaded update and none after it. | I uninstalled and reinstalled Money. Then I loaded a backup from before these problems started. When I tried to update online, I watched the progress of the update (instead of using the "Hide" option). The update got through the first two steps, but then it quickly stopped when it reached "processing service updates" and it gives me a pop-up box that says "Updates not Complete" |

| Cal, Thank you for the link. I worked through the relevant info on that page, but for some reason none of them fixed my problems. Here's some additional information on my predicament: I'm running Money 2007 Deluxe on Windows XP. I haven't installed anything new since Money last worked. I have tried to restart/reset each of my accounts by stopping online services and starting them again. At best, I only get that first update and no subsequent updates. At worst, I can't even get that to work (one ING acct and one Capital One CC account will not work). Are there any other ideas? I will gratefully accept any advice at this point, because I can not think of a way to fix this. |

See if http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899935/en-us gives you some> Initially, the updates failed about a week ago. | I have encountered repeated problems when I try to update my accounts online. Initially, the updates failed about a week ago. I have since "stopped using online services" and then re-started the online services (re-entering my information for each account) in the "Manage Online Services" window. When I do that, I have only been able to successfully update the accounts in Money that initial time. Every subsequent update fails. To make this even more strange, I noticed that my accounts in the Money.msn page update when I click "Update Now" in Money, but the accounts in the Money program do not. Has anybody encountered issues like this before and resolved them? Is there a trick that I do not know about? This situation has become very frustrating. |
