Default The woes of upgrading ...

For many years, I refused to give in to progress and insisted on sticking to
the old pencil and paper way of balancing a checkbook; and staying on top of
my bills by never letting the stack pile up. It wasn't until 2004 that I
finally took a gander at Money 2002, which was just taking up space on my PC
.... and what a joy! To have this really cool window popping up everytime I
started my computer? HOW CONVENIENT!

.... and I enjoyed using Money 2002 for 3 years, never missing another credit
card payment and having to suffer those ridiculous $35 late fees; but as I
advanced in life, I needed more and more out of it, and the budget
functionality was screwy. I had to upgrade, and oh how I looked forward to
being able to program in my correct salary and to have the budget and credit
planners working seamlessly. It was with great pleasure that I received my CD
for Money 2007, and I giddily loaded it into my computer, and restarted my
computer ... and no express window.

No Money Express pop-up window at startup?

Well, here it is, 10 months and three late credit card payments later and I
wish, OH HOW I WISH, that I could make Microsoft reimburse me for those late
charges and put back the points on my FICO score. They gave me the avenue to
become dependent on an extremely useful feature, only to take it away and
force me to have to be responsible again!! BA----RDS!

I HATE MONEY now ... and I will NOT give them another red cent for this
product! If they can't find a way to make a patch available to their
customers, or, if they're really phasing it out ... instead of trying to make
one last pile of money on Money ... then give us this last version for ten
bucks. Don't be greedy Microsoft. Everyone hates on you CONSISTENTLY, but you
obviously don't care because you're still making money. Stop being a$$e$,
show a micro-SOFTer side, will ya?

Best Regards,
ER
