| I'm using Money H&B 2008 and it has mileage tracking in the Business section under the Resources tools. | Hey, Steve - I could use one of those if you wouldn't mind sending details. Thank you! It's the type of thing they add each year to justify the "new and improved" label on the box instead of fixing things people keep complaining about. Most of these features are just "pasted on". They added home inventory a few years ago, but the data doesn't tie in to the rest of the system. For example, adding inventory items doesn't increase your net worth. I track my mileage in a spreadsheet. It's fast and easy, and I can customize it any way I want. Let me know if you want help setting one up. -- Steve B. New Life Home Improvement |

| My previous personal finance tracking software automatically requested mileage/odometer reading and amount of fuel and could report quickly and easily on consumption per vehicle. It boggles my mind that this simple add-on is not available on such an established personal finance package, so I assume the version I am trialing is just missing it, and it can't be a complete oversight from MS. Please could someone let me know if any version of MS money includes this facility, and if none, what other personal finance software does? |
