| I encountered exactly the same problem and the solution was to 'close' all cash/bank accounts and then open them one by one. | Did this work before? Were these accounts setup in this version of Money? Which version of Money are you using? I'd still try adding a checking account, then see if the cash flow works. If it does, try removing the account again and see if you can still access. If these are checking accounts, for some reason Money does not recognize them as such.
