Registry settings are ok. When I start Money as administator, it
works. Very interesting

Verify that Windows shows the proper UserAgent by looking at the setting in
the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet
Settings
For example the User Agent for IE 7 should say "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;
MSIE 7.0; Win32)"

You mean to do the setup/install or to run the application? There is
probably a setup.exe to do the former. To do the latter, there is no way.

Here's the error message:

"A newer version of Internet Explorer is required to run MSN Money Browser
than than the one currently installed on your computer.

Please go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie and install the latest
version of Internet Explorer"

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows is up to date, no new
updates are available for my computer. IE7 working fine, no errors or illegal
operations... I also installed new version, Money 2008 trial, and also get
same error... very interesting thing is when I start Money 2007 from
installation CD, I don't get this error message.

You might want to reinstall Money.

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...d8af71033.mspx
tells how to reset or update IE7

You might also post the actual error message.
