Money 2007 - Does NOT confirm New Payees

No. Downloaded transactions override the setting for automatic
addition of new payees.

I believe this is standard behavior for downloaded payees. Others of the
downloaded transactions persuasion can confirm.

I have had this issue for the last several versions of Money that the program
automatically (without confirmation) adds every Payee that it encounters in the
downloaded transactions to my list of Payees EVEN THOUGH the option to confirm
Payees is checked. Currently I am using Money 2007 Delx.

All these years I have been deleting the unwanted Payees manually every time
that I download any activity into my accounts.

Is there a way to make this go away somehow ?
