Are you saying that the first computer with Money 2005 is having the
problem? Could it be that you did not copy the file from the old
computer to the flash drive, but cut and pasted instead?

You would want to File-> Open your *.mny file from the first
computer.
If these do not work for you, what is the actual error message.

You could File-> Restore with a *.mbf backup file. Do not accept the
default location but Browse to put the Money file in a place such as
your Documents folder.

A format for financial statements and transactions. If you had
those, you might do File-> Import.

The file you want is the .mny one not the backup files. Just copy that to
the new PC and double click on the .mny file in it's new location.

When you say "Won't accept" what exactly do you get in the way of error
messages? Also what version of Windows?
