| I am having the same problem, in the account list two separate accounts show that I have transactions to read but the transactions do not appear when I click on Transactions to read. I can download and accept additional transactions but the missing transaction never show and I still show 1 transaction to read. | I have the same problem with a retirement account, but these steps did not correct it. The Account List states there are over 200 transactions to read, but the account register is completely blank. Are there any other solutions to this? Thanks, Chad "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: - quote - > In microsoft.public.money, xanadu99 wrote: > > I have had no problems before but today I updated my accounts and every > > account says it has transactions but no are showing up. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know > what I can do> I have rebooted already but that is the extent of my fix... Please help. Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles or Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles. Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair again. Then go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This is a global (inter-file) setting. Download again. |
