File-> PasswordManager-> Change-> DisableMoney'sPassportFeatures

Expect Money to ask for Passport login the next three times. If
you decline three times in a row, it will stop asking.

This will disable your background banking, so you will want to
click the Internet Updates at the bottom of the Money window to
download information.

It will let you use your file without a Passport, but what is this
"again"? If you can't log in to your now, you won't be able to
remove your Passport.
