| Thanks! The new Administrator user account did the trick of triggering the Money update. Now I'm at 1303. Unfortunately, Money is still closing if I do a Help-> Privacy Statement, in addition to other Help and File commands. ....And still nothing from Microsoft Technical support.... ![]() "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: - quote - > In microsoft.public.money, ECD wrote: > > I tried methods 5 and 4 and Money still closes when doing any number of > > simple menu commands, like Help-> Privacy Statement for example. > You may have already tried this, but if not, try creating a new XP > user with Administrator privilege. > Switch to that user. | I tried methods 5 and 4 and Money still closes when doing any number of simple menu commands, like Help-> Privacy Statement for example. Thanks for the suggestion though. | I'm currently running Money 2007 16.0.120.621 under XP SP2. I've seen posts that reference a later version 16.0.120.1303. How can I get the update? I'm having all sorts of issues with Money closing if I do the simplest things like the menu command Help-> Privacy Statement. I'm hoping an update will resolve it. Not much luck with Microsoft Technical support ![]() |
