In Money 2003 and Money 2004 there is the Capitol Gains Estimator.
It is accessed with Tools-> CapitolGainsEstimator and lets you see
the lot basis and estimate CG if you sold particular lots.

I don't know if Money 2002 has that.

Default Cost basis for individual tax lots

Is there a way to generate a report in MS Money 2002 (or any other later
version) that lists the cost basis vs. the current value for each individual
lot of an investment in order to identify potential capital gains or losses
per lot?

Example:
Date Stock Qty Historic Current
Gain/loss
price value price
value

13.11.1995 Intel 20 8,47 169,40 29,18 583,60
414,20
17.01.1996 Intel 20 6,27 125,40 29,18 583,60
458,20
22.08.1997 Intel 50 23,59 1.179,50 29,18 1.459,00
279,50

Thanks for any comments on that topic!
Carl

P.S. Any way to better insert a table in a posting? :-)
