Be very careful. Money Essentials will not read a previous .mny file and
only has 12 months of on-line services.

The Microsoft Rebate Center did e-mail me a rebate form that will provide for
a $40 rebate for the purchase of Money Plus Deluxe, Premium, or Home &
Business plus TaxCut 2007. The $19.99 rebate offer applies to purchases of
Money Essentials and a TaxCut product. I have no way of attaching the file
here and don't have a link to offer. I can only recommend you call the
rebate center at the message I posted yesterday.

I found a customer support number for the Microsoft Rebate Center and
inquired with them about the advertised rebate offer. The customer service
representative that I talked to seemed to know that this was a problem and
offered to e-mail me the correct rebate forms. Time will tell if they will
follow through. The contact number I used was (800) 622-4445. Good luck!

My guess is that you will have a long wait if you think you will
receive $40 back from MM. Good luck anyway.

I appreciate the suggestion. However, I already downloaded the form they
present. It does not offer the same rebate that is represented in the
advertising on the download site.

But if you go to www.findmyorder.com , you can fill in your info.
Then you may see a link to download a rebate form.

Default Money Plus Deluxe 2008 Rebate Offer

This message is directed to a Microsoft customer service representative.

Microsoft Money 2007 prompted me to update my software to the 2008 release
and offered a $40 rebate if downloaded with a qualifying version of TaxCut.
I purchased both products via download at the Microsoft Money download site
on Digital River. This is the site that Microsoft directed me to via a pop
up advertising window in Money 2007. I purchased Money Plus Deluxe 2008 and
TaxCut Premium in a single transaction. Digital River provided me with one
rebate form for Microsoft Money. It provides a $20 rebate offer. The
advertising in Money 2007 and on the update download website each indicated a
$40 rebate and a corresponding rebate of $19.99 for TaxCut.

The offer is posted at
http://store.digitalriver.com/store/...oneyPlusTaxCut.

The rebate details link states the following:

Mail-In Rebate Details
Offers valid in the 50 U.S., D.C., and U.S. military bases with valid
APO/FPO addresses. Downloads and purchases must be completed 12/03/2007 -
4/30/2008. Limit 1 rebate per each Money title you download and per household
(except where prohibited by law). Money rebate offers and Money + TaxCut
rebate offers are not combinable. Also, each offer is not combinable with any
other Microsoft Money offers or rebates. Only qualifying Microsoft® Money
products downloaded from an authorized online retailer and H&R BlockTaxCut®
2007 products that are downloaded or acquired from an authorized retailer
will qualify for these rebates.

Important Submission Dates: Money + TaxCut $19.99 and $40 rebate submissions
must be postmarked by 5/30/2008.

The only rebate form purchasers receive is for a $20 rebate for the Money
purchase. The rebate offer does not require a purchase of TaxCut.

I would like to receive copies of the correct rebate forms so that I may
avail myself to the complete offer before any submission deadlines expire.

Any assistance that might be provided would be appreciated.
