My business account is at Frost Bank (in Texas). They changed to two-
factor authentication earlier this year. There were a few weeks of
problematic connections before it settled down to steady state.

Frost access is through one of the 3rd-party screen-scrapers, so my
experience may not totally apply to you. I went through several rounds
with tech support at Microsoft and Frost. Microsoft had me do the usual
steps of deleting on-line access, removing my mirrored accounts on MSN,
re-enable access, and merge accounts. I remember that the download would
work for awhile, then fail again. The best I could figure out was that
Frost kept changing the format of their screens, and it took the 3rd-
party guys a week or so to get their screen-scrapers modified.

Call your bank's tech support line and see if they have any advice.

Default Can Money Handle 2 stage authentication?

Hi all,

been trying to find out more about money and how it connects to different
banks and institutions. Tried both my CC and checking account at my bank
(which was listed) but it keeps telling me the username and password on file
are different then the ones i specificed in money. i know my bank has started
using 2 factor authentication and am wondering if this is causing an issue
for money, i know the username and passwords are correct (changed passwords
just to make sure) but still recieving the error about them being wrong.

Thanks in advance
