I don't know how to do that. I know how to get dividends totaled by
account; Money does that if you ask it to prepare your Schedule B
info. I just use the 1099s.

I do have Money do my Schedule D. That is the more important one,
since there is no 1099 with the needed info for that.

The Portfolio has various TotalReturn columns for investments
including YTD. But there is not a Dividends YTD column.

You could sort the Tax Related Transactions report by the Memo
column by clicking the Memo header. Paste that into a spreadsheet.
You would still have to tell the spreadsheet to add for each
security.

Thanks. It appears that what you're referring to is an expense type
report. I am trying to report on dividends for an investment account, and I
want to subtotal them by fund, and get an overall total for the year.

Do you know if that is do-able in Money?

Thanks for your help.

For more selection, you probably want to switch to Advanced reports
by clicking ChangeReportSettings.

For each report, you can click Customize on the left, and make
choices that vary according to the report.

In the Transactions by category" report, for example, you can choose
to subtotal by Categories, Subcategories, weeks or months from the
Rows&Columns tab.

If you have a customized report you want to keep under another name,
click into the report and AddToFavorites.

Default Report Total

I am using an evaluation copy of MS Money Plus Deluxe Trial. I am thinking
of converting from Quicken. I have created a report, but I don't see how to
get sub-totals or totals.

How do I do that? I don't see the option.

Thanks
