 Re: Balancing Account "E" in general means it was downloaded. "C" is cleared. So when you balance the E will change to a C. Sometimes the E will change to a C when it should not because it did not clear on the statement you are balancing, just click the C and it will change back to an E (uncleared status). I hope this makes sense.
