| Hi, I had the same issue logging into MS Money 2004 this morning. I sent a help request to MS help desk using the link from forgot your password screen, contact help directly. Please send a help request ot Microsoft. If there are other means of letting MS know that there is a problem, let me know. | No, that's the problem everyone is having. People are saying in other posts that it occurred after Microsoft's 12/17/07 server update. I haven't been able to get into my account since then and was wondering if anyone had heard anything from Microsoft as to when the issue would be corrected.
