| If you are downloading from your bank's website, removing the financial institution name from the account details should do the trick. You could also enable the disable online services. If you are downloading directly into Money, disabling the online services will clear the statement, but you will likely get the same corrupt statement when you re-enable. It's worth a try, though. | The program is crashing every time I try to accept a particular downloaded statement (I am using Money 2000 Business & Personal with Office XP). I'd like to delete the statement, since it may be corrupted, and start fresh. How can I delete a statement without viewing it in Money 2000 (no info on the site on this). Thanks! |
