| I had money 2003 installed by an OEM (gateway) but when I upgraded to Money 2004, I purchased the software via MasterCard from Microsoft and downloaded it off their web site. I subsequently lost my hard drive and Money 2004. I had no disk copy - I don't know if they were suppose to send me one or not. Now, when I try to talk to MS Money site to try to explain the problem, and when I give them my Money 2003 product number, I can't get in and I am refered to Gateway. I've sent several emails to MS customer service to try to make contact, but they won't answer. Does anyone know of a Microsoft site that I can contact with this customer service problem? |
