Let me try a description, and perhaps somebody with some experience> EUR. > I have got Money Standard. This can serve to start the discussion: Make an extra copy/backup of your file in case you want to undo something. Make sure the exchange rate in Money is set to 0.429300 MTL per 1 euro. One way would be for each account to be in euros, go to the Account Settings, and change the AccountCurrency to Euro. What could be a better way, at least for some accounts, such as bank or credit card accounts, is to create a new euro account. Rename the MTL accounts, and blank their account numbers first. Transfer the cash balance as of 1/1/2008 to the new account. For investment accounts, I would expect that changing the currency on the existing account would be best. Test the effects. Let us know how it works. |
