The rest was intended to describe what you *can* do that most closely approached what you were describing. It does not closely approach what you were describing. It is what is available. What it could do is to help Money open just a little more quickly and let you get to the accounts a little more quickly. Now what could more closely approach what you describe is to put a shortcut to the bank's website on your desktop or elsewhere. Click that open, and IE opens to your bank's website. Then from you bank's website, you may be able open an OFX or QIF statement, which should in turn open Money 2005 for processing the statement. - quote - > I found a couple of likely looking keys in the Registry but these only has a

| Thanks Cal, That's what I suspected. The suggestions you have made relate to the main "Greeting" Home Page when you open the application but I wanted the programe to default to my Banks website when you click on the "Banking" tab on the toolbar which runs across the top of the page i.e. "Home" "Accounts" "Bills" "Reports" -----"Banking" I found a couple of likely looking keys in the Registry but these only has a 1 or 0 value and did not have the previous MSN Money url so could not be changed. Is this possible in later versions of Money? -- Regards John Felstead "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: - quote - > In microsoft.public.money, John Felstead wrote: > > Is it possible to change the default website when you click on the Banking > > Tab of Money 2005 from the current MSN > > Money(http://money.uk.msn.com/banking/default.aspx) > > I would like my own financial institution homepage to dispaly when I click > > this tab. You can have Money open to the AccountList. Tools-> Settings-> ProgramSettings-> (Display StartMoneyWithThisPageOpen:AccountListYou can add a Shortcut icon at the top to get to an account register from the bank from any page. From there you can ConnectToBank. |

| Is it possible to change the default website when you click on the Banking Tab of Money 2005 from the current MSN Money(http://money.uk.msn.com/banking/default.aspx) I would like my own financial institution homepage to dispaly when I click this tab. That way Money is fully integrated with my Bank so I can browse their website and download financial statements without leaving Money. I can access the banks website from the favourites menu but cant find a setting to save it as a default home page (Not the Money homepage when you first launch Money) Is this a registry setting? -- Regards John Felstead |
