Alternatively create a Word (or some other Rich Text) document with a
hyperlink to this folder and link the transaction to that doc.
This does require an addional click on that link to open the folder though.

Put the various pieces into a Zip file (which actually works much
like a folder in Windows) and link to that. When you open the Zip
file, you see all of the documentation.

Thanks, but I already tried that, and it won't let me link to a folder
shortcut either.

Try creating a shortcut to that folder and link to the short cut.

Default Link transaction to Folder, instead of just a single file

I'm using M+ Premium, and I love the ability to link transactions to an image
or other file. Sometimes, though, I have several files pertaining to a
single transaction.

For example, I might have a folder somewhere that contains all the records
for a vacuum cleaner purchase: scans of the receipt, warranty, PDF user's
manual, etc.

Is there any way to link the purchase transaction to that FOLDER, instead of
just one specific file? That way, when I open the link, I will see ALL the
documentation for that transaction.
