Sorry I reread your post and it looks like you have done everything in the
KB article.

Hello,

Everytime I click in any place of money (home and business 2007), I
get a dialog box asking to save or open a "*.surfplace" file. This
dialog box donīt have the "donīt ask me again for this type of
file" (or something like that), and I tried everything that I found on
web... delete registry settings, create a new profile, nothing seems
to work.
I use a personalized version of Windows XP, and maybe is something
there that is making this problems.... But even if I format and
reinstall again, the problem remains...

Is there any way to solve this? Some registry settings to IE always
open the "*.surfplace" files, maybe? Or other solution...

Iīm actually desperate... Iīve been using money since 2003, and
probably I will have to migrate ALL my stuff to Quicken! This will be
terrible!!

sorry for the english.

Check MS Knowledge Base #917377. It details a method for solving this
issue.
