I don't know if your problem has resolved. The Eaton Vance statement> I set up Eaton Vance online services and connect, all that downloads > is my account share balance - no transactions and no account dollar > value. Is this a limitation placed by Eaton Vance, or else > what do I need to change to download transactions and account values? download uses that less-direct access that involves a third party. http://www.microsoft.com/money/banko...BrokeragesOnly You could contact Microsoft support to see if they can help with that. Also, if EV offers web download of OFX, that might be a good alternative. While it would take some extra work, there is less to go wrong. |

| I'm finally adding direct downloads from a number of my accounts. When I set up Eaton Vance online services and connect, all that downloads is my account share balance - no transactions and no account dollar value. The register show the # of shares. The account list shows a dollar value of $0.00. When I look at account settings, for some investment accounts" track cash transactions" is an option; for Eaton Vance it is not. Is this a limitation placed by Eaton Vance, or else what do I need to change to download transactions and account values? TIA |
