Default File Corrupt, again

I've read through all of the recent posts and we are all getting the same
message. I've contacted my financial institution in USA and checked the box
in the opening and ran some scans from Microsoft; although I am not a
computer wizzard. Novice with instruction,at best. Anyway, I still can not
im port files from my bank. I'm loosing my mind.

Please help.
