Money Plus Deluxe not responding

I would also check to see if you have any "Closed" accounts which may
actually be accumulating online transactions that need to be accepted.

An odd case. I think I would consider, in order, the File | Repair methods
and then trying "Nuke the Bills" in a test copy of your data to see if it
makes any difference. See http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=187 for info on
Nuke the Bills. Please post back if you get to Nuke the Bills and it works.
I kinda don't expect it's the solution, but it seems to do all kinds of
strange things.

I do not recommend archiving.

I have waited at least 20-30 minutes before killing it.
I do not have any unaccepted downloaded transactions.
I am a long time user of Money dating back to the very first version.
My Money file probably dates back to the 2004 version. Each year I
archieve my files. Thanks for your reply.

And how long are you waiting before killing it?

Do you have a large number of unaccepted downloaded transactions?

What version does your file first date back to? (I.e., are you a long-time
user?)

When I enter a deposit or a payment with a transaction date in the
following month (or 30+ days ahead) money freezes after inputing the
transaction. Taskmanager shows that money is not responding and I have
to X out or end with taskmanager (ctrl/alt/del). I have removed nearly
all the things that money home page tries to load. Money Plus Deluxe is
the successor to Money 2007. Anyone else having this problem? Is there
a fix?
