| That might be a good idea. The problem is that money is still updating. Thus, I can not accept previously downloaded transactions, thus I can not remove online services without losing data. | I get the same thing! I did not have the issue when I upgraded my file using the trial Money Plus. It just sits there ( I left it overnight thinking maybe I had alot of transactions) but it just sits at updating accounts, nothing gets downloaded and I cannot do anything. | Are you getting a message that money is updating accounts? I am having a problem when inputing a deposit or payment scheduled for about a month in advance. When the entry is made money freezes and I have to use ctrl/alt/del to close the program. It could be going into an account updating process but there is nothing to notify me of this.
