CheckFree finally resolved their issues around 8pm ET, an almost 24-hour
outage on the web access.

Thanks for everyone's help.

Mark - Your last message didn't come through, you may want to re-post.

I finally found a phone # to call for MSN Bill Pay (operated by CheckFree
1-877-800-4873).

I called and they acknowledged that they're having system issues with no ETA
for resolution.

I find this remarkable that the service has been down for almost 24 hours
with no announcement from MSN or CheckFree.

Just how many people do use this service???

Seems to be working now for me. And yes, I could see that a bill I scheduled
this morning, when the site was not accessible via the web interface, IS
listed.

Yes, I was.

But, they had a new privacy agreement I had to first accept.

If you still can't get in, it may be due to something on your system
blocking access to that privacy agreement and/or cookies.
Be sure to allow access/cookies to the checkfree site:
https://cw411.checkfreeweb.com as well as for the MSN Bill Pay site:
https://billpay.msn.com

Now, I'm able to get to the logon page (https://billpay.msn.com/default.asp).
From about 7am to 2pm ET, this page was always blank.

But, when I enter my user ID and password, I get a blank page afterwards.

Are you able to actually get in and see your scheduled bills, etc?

It worked for me.

This is really bizarre...I can't believe that this is happening and there's
no mention of it on the MSN site.

It was not working yesterday on the web site (I use Money 2007 which just
links to https://billpay.msn.com). I then tried it outside of Money 2007 and
also Money 2004. No luck.

I did this from several machines and from 2 different sites. I can't believe
that a network like this would be down for an extended period without someone
else noticing or at least MSN anouncing an outage.

I called MSN Tech Support today who were totally clueless.

I guess we're the only 2 people who use MSN Bill Pay

Maybe I should give Quicken another look.

Interesting.

I was able to send EPAY's from Microsoft Money without any problem early today.
But just now, trying to log in to MSN billpay from the web, I only get a blank
page.

There is nothing apparent on the "Check MSN Network Status" option from within
Money to explain this.

Default MSN Bill Pay Down Over 12 Hours

I've been unable to access MSN Bill Pay for at least 12 hours.

Anyone else having this problem?
