| I have a rollover IRA from a previous job, an SEP retirement plan from my self-employment, and some regular accounts. They all work. Your account sounds a bit different though. | Hi Paul, Do you have a separate retirement account with Vanguard, or just regular funds. I suppose I need to clarify a little bit, because my account with Vanguard is a type of pension account established by my employer, although I have the abilitiy to self-direct it. | I've been downloading Vanguard updates directly from Money for some time, currently in Money 2007. I don't remember doing anything special to set it up. Maybe call Vanguard again and see if you get someone who can help. | I'm also curious if any holders of Vanguard funds, specifically retirement accounts, are unable to retrieve updates when initiated through Money. Downloads are seemless when executed from the Vanguard site, but when I try to connect from Money, Money wants to set up another account and then spits out a dialogue box informing me I have no accounts with this provider. The Vanguard website vaguely mentions the added convenience of initiating downloads from Money, but a Vanguard web support specialist did say he didn't think it can be done with retirement accounts (vice regular accounts.) Just curious if any other users have the same experience. Thanks. John Running Money Plus Deluxe (Trial) on WinXP (via Fusion on Mac OS X 10.5.1) |
