You do not need to use a Windows Live ID to access MSN Bill Pay within Money
2007 or Plus (hence no need to sync)

But you may need to contact MSN Bill Pay (CheckFree) in order to get the
Subscriber ID to use in Money (since it likely will not be the same ID you
use to sign into http://billpay.msn.com

BillPay directly from Money was to synchronize ALL my accounts with MSN. If I
chose not to put all my financial info on the MSN website, I could not access
billpay directly from within the Monay application. Is this still the case?

Also have the problems with merging investment accounts been resolved?
