| PROBLEM RESOLVED! The opening page of Money has a tick box that says: I want to sign in to Money directly, without access to all online services. I ticked this box and the ofx file could be imported normally No idea why it works, but it does |

| I have been working satisfactorily with Money 2006 until I was forced by Microsoft to upgrade to Money Plus. This works fine except for two issues: 1. Every time I start Money Plus I get a message that a program update needs to be installed. If I click OK Money is stopped and it looks as if updates are being downloaded. However this ends with the message that the update is already running. This is not a real problem as I can work by clicking cancel. However I do not know which update I am now missing. 2. Importing bank statements in the form of ofx files always went fine in Money 2006, but no longer works with Money Plus which states that the file is corrupt. I tried all of the items suggested in the solutions center, but without success Any views why this is? Is issue 2 related to issue 1? |
