If installing to Vista, right-click the install file, and RunAsAdministrator. |

Also, check your junkmail/bulk folder. Some email providers providefiltering by default. It can be a revelation to go to the web mail website and look thru the things that have been segregated as junk/bulk/spam. |

| I purchased Money Plus recently via MS website and Digital River. I am able to use Money Plus just fine for now, but received NO email confirmation and therefore NO activation code. My new version shows a serial number in Help, and DR did bill my credit card without a hitch, but I never received the activation code in my hotmail account. Should I go to MS or DR and if so is there really a phone number for Money help? What would an MVP do? -- PlsHelpMScan't |
