When you first installed, it would be typical to open the older> 2005 when I bought a new computer so I started using it instead of the Money > 2002. But when I installed the Money 2005 it did not bring in the 3 years of > prior data. Instead it started from scratch. How do I get it to bring in the > prior 3 years of data that is missing? Money 2002 file. Then. Money 2005 would convert and you would start with your existing files. If that was last week, then you could still do that easily. If you started that new file three years ago, that you have been working with since, that would not be what you would want. So if you are asking how to integrate two existing Money file, it is not that easily done. It would involve exporting QIF files and importing them into what will be the combined file. |

| When I updated from MSN Money 2002 to MSN Money 2005 the previous several years of 2002 data was not brought in to the 2005 data base. What did I do wrong? I can look at each data base using a separate instance of MSN Money 2005 but I would like them to be linked in a continuous fashion, if possible. Thank you for your help. |
