Two alternative ways:

1. Sell everything. Rename the account and change FI. Buy the new
stuff.

2. Create a new account. Sell everything from the old account.
Transfer all funds from the cash transactions of the old account to
the new account. Buy stuff in the new account. Close the old
account. This is the way that most accurately describes the events.

Default transferring IRA to new fund family

My intention is to close out my current IRAs and transfer the proceeds to 4
newly set up accounts in another fund family. Is there an easy way of doing
so? Do I first need to set up a cash account to temporarily place the cash
in? Thanks for any assistance.
