| Looking at http://www.microsoft.com/money/fi/tools.mspx, I have to confess that it looks greek to me. Is there something specific on that page that I should be doing? It looks like support for financial institutions to test their OFX connections. Not sure what to take from this page other than to run the registry updates. | Great to know you've done quite a bit of homework yourself! Having worked with MS Money support myself a couple of years back, I have a feeling the RBC helpdesk might not be able to help you much with this. It would be best if you could try out the steps mentioned here first: http://www.microsoft.com/money/fi/tools.mspx If that doesn't work, its quite possible that RBC is not supported in the latest version of Money as of now and may be available as a later update. So as of now, you might need to download your transactions manually and import them into Money. However, I'd recommend that you get in touch with Microsoft support to check with them for any possible connectivity issues: https://support.microsoft.com/oas/de...9&gprid=524453 Meanwhile, you could also try the following steps: 1. Create a new Money file 2. Perform the Money Updates 3. Create an a/c with RBC and check again to see if it works. 4. If it still doesn't connect, as an 'extreme' step, you could login using another windows login (or creating one if you don't have another one) and then go back to Step 1 mentioned above. | I tried that but it didn't work. Thanks. I am trying to find someone in RBC who can help me but their help desk is useless. Dain Rausher's server's OFX library doesn't support Money Plus's APPID?> upgraded to Money Plus and and receiving the following error message: > [ofx.unsupportedClient Application] Client application or version is not > supported by this server > I called RBC who said to call Microsoft. > Any ideas on what could be wrong? My guess is th server hasn't been updated since Money Plus was released. And for security reasons the ofx library does exact APPID matches unstead of greater than matches. So Money 2005 works "Money 2005 <APPVER> 1400" but Money Plus doesn't "Money Plus <APPVER> 1700". See the article at http://ofxblog.wordpress.com/ for date June 6th, 2007. This kind of hint's on what I'm saying. |

| I was able to download from my RBC account when I had Money 2005. I upgraded to Money Plus and and receiving the following error message: [ofx.unsupportedClient Application] Client application or version is not supported by this server I called RBC who said to call Microsoft. Any ideas on what could be wrong? |
