| Because "access your money on the web" has always meant uploading and storing account information on MSN Money. That's how you access it from another computer. Never having felt compelled to use that feature, however, I haven't needed to do the translation. It just seemed transparent from where I sit. | To me, "access your money on the web" means to look at my Money file on some other computer. How does that relate to "receiving updates from MSN money" ? I didn't get the connection (I fumbled around and tried this one since it seemed most likely), and neither did the OP. As the article says, it's for M2005 and M2006; M2007 isn't mentioned, because the screen menus have changed in M2007. | I clicked on the link you supplied, and copied the following from the KB article: "To remove a Passport Network account that is currently assigned to the Money data file, follow these steps: 1. If you have not done so already, turn off remote access for your Money information. To do this, follow these steps: a. On the Tools menu, click Settings. b. Click Access your Money data on the Web. c. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen." In step (b), there's no entry that says "Access your Money data on the Web". I don't think anybody would interpret "Receive updates from MSN Money ...." as meaning the same thing.
