Default Re: Money Plus trial - can I revert to 2006?

Dick, thanks for these details - will save me a ton of time and
anguish, now that I know specifically what to do.

1) Install it in a different directory and don't allow it to uninstall your
M06.

2) Realize that you will have to double enter your data while you decide or
re-enter the data you put in M+ in M06. This is because the file gets
upgraded and cannot be saved backward.

3) If you bag M+ and uninstall it, you will probably have to restore file
associations back to M06.

I would say plan on moving to M+ **unless** you find a reason it WON'T work
for you once you go down this route. The reason I say that is that M+ is not
very much different at all from M06 but it will be supported and will work
online for two years longer than your M06.

Default Money Plus trial - can I revert to 2006?

I am considering trying out Money Plus 2008 to check out its savings
goal features. If it doesn't work for me, I might want to return to
using Money 2006. Will this be possible? Has anyone successfully
reverted to a previous version after trying the trial version?
