 Re: FSA/Flexible Spending Accounts/SB125 It doesn't have anything special just for these. But it's not rocket science so there doesn't really need to be anything special to deal with them. Create a Cash Account to represent the HSA/FSA/whateverSA. Transfer money in from appropriate tabs of your Paycheck Deposits. Transfer money out/when/where you are reimbursed from the account.
