Default Re: Updating accounts in 2007 Money Delux

Hi all. This has been a perplexing problem. What I did was "stop online
services" for my banking accounts, leaving only my credit card accounts for
updating. This seemed to free up the credit cards for updating anyway.
I would have tried the command line prompt of del*.temp/s/q but I wasn't
sure what the s and q were so I didn't dare. Can you let me know exactly
what I would be deleting if I used that method? Would it be just the temp
files?
Thank you,

This happened to me on two seperate occassions about a month apart. In both
instances I went to the cmd line prompt and issued a del *.tmp /s /q to
clear out all the temporary files and then rebooted. Just rebooting or
clearing internet cache and files isn't enough. However, there is always a
chance there is something else going on and this was coincidence. Worth a
try.

I was able to fix this problem by disabling online update for the accounts
that were not getting updated, and then resetting these accounts up for
online update.

Default Updating accounts in 2007 Money Delux

I get the following message when I try to update my accounts:
"Your account information is being updated, which may take a few minutes. If
this message appears for more than 5 minutes, try again."
When I try again after any period of time, I get the same message. This has
been going on for the past few days. Before that, the program had no update
problems. I am not aware of any changes that I have made. How can I fix this
problem?
