| MSN Bill Pay Service fee Looking at the MSN Bill Pay web site there seems to be no mention of any cost or fees anywhere I could find. I spent 20 minutes probing around because I am sure there's a fee. In the FAQ there is mention of service fees but never says how much. How much? |
