| The update starts and runs for 5 minutes or so, then I get a message that says something like "unable to update account, this may take several minutes. If this takes longer than 5 minutes try again or contact support". I tried the chat, but that is not available for support. Thanks. https://moneycentral.msn.com/banking...ts/manage.aspx to see if third party connection has been happening and if transactions are available. If you bought Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business you can go to Help-> AboutMicrosoftMoney, and write down the Serial number. Go to http://support.microsoft.com/money and proceed from there. After clicking Money 2007, note the Contacts item which will lead you to "Contact a Support Professional by Email, Online, or Phone." |

| I have been unable to download transactions online for a week now. My bank and my ING savings both fail every time. All I get is that "Your account information is being updated, which may take several minutes" message. But no information is ever downloaded. I have moved my file to several computers with different connectivity and nothing. Prior to October 11, I had no problems for several weeks (and it has worked fine for years with each upgrade). I am using Money Plus Home & Business. Any ideas? Thanks. |
