I was using the feature in MS Money Deluxe 2005 and was recently "forced" to
upgrade because my online account updates expired. Now I'm using MS Money
Plus Deluxe and the file sharing no longer works. I found this thread and it
turns out it's been broken for a year? Wish I could have stayed with MS
Money 2005 but they wouldn't let me have online updates anymore!!

I just got off the line to M Money Help. They told me that the problem has
been ongoing for over a year and they have no date on when they will fix it.
I filed a help request and they said "Dont hold your Breath". Luckily, I was
able to get a refund from Microsoft for my recently purchased Money Plus
Deluxe.

If anyone has a workaround please post.

I think there were problems with that feature, plus many people were
skittish about Microsoft Money not limiting the data they enter into
Microsoft Money on their own computer. With the later revelation
that saddid poster was using Money 2007, contacting support might do
it. Of course it might be more interesting if he tried his stated

I'd open a support case directly with Microsoft. I think the reason this
thread has gotten no traction is that nobody who posts here uses the feature
so they just don't know how to help.

Are you sure your firewall(s) are set appropriately? What about your IE
security settings? I don't know what's "appropriate" it just seems like a
logical avenue of investigation.

I'm using Microsoft Money Plus Delux Trial, when going through the setup to
share my Money file I get to the first step and it finds my Live ID, it then
asks me to type the email address of the person i want to shre my file with
nd click the "Share" button. After doing so I get a "The website cannot
display the page" error??? I am connected through my live account account and
all my other online settings work fine. I also made sure that the person's
email address I was trying to add was indeed a Live account.

Anyone else having this problem?
