You can return it. Then get Deluxe. See the email for support info.

You want Money Plus Deluxe. Money 2004 came in 3 versions--not counting
Home and Business--Standard, Deluxe and Premium. Money Plus (2008) no
longer has Standard. Essentials is a totally different and useless product.
So you must move up to Deluxe. I believe that there is a trial period for
Money (including Essentials) so it is possible to return it for full credit.
Then buy Deluxe.

Default What version do I need?

I've bought the wrong version of Money. I have been using an OEM version of
Money 2004. I've been getting error messages and having problems with it, so
I thought it was time to upgrade. I bought Money Essentials, which is
horrible. I do not want to do on-line banking. I want a program like Money
2004 where I can manually enter debits & credits, have the program keep a
running balance for me, and be able to reconcile and balance a statement
manually. Money Essentials will not do any of that. Will the Deluxe or
Premium version be what I'm looking for (ie similar to Money 2004?) Is an
upgrade available for Essentials or would I have to pay a new price for
Deluxe or Premium? Any other suggestions? Thank you so much for any advice
you can offer.
